AMTeC offers a wide range of practically based educational opportunities.

Children/Family Groups:

• "Archaeological Detectives" a series of workshops for Medway Council's Children's University which we have been running for the past 6 years.
• School visits can be booked directly, or in combination with a visit to The Historic Dockyard.
• Summer School for a week in August - 1/2 day sessions for hands-on archaeology activities.

The General Public & Amateur Archaeologists:

• Bespoke sessions can be booked to order.
• Teaching and/or demonstrations can often be brought to you (schools/museums/events).
• "Hands-on Archaeology", a chance to get to grips with the work of archaeological experts behind the scenes. A week of day schools on bones, plants, wood, conservation and experimental metalworking for a week in August.
